Who should enroll in on-demand training?

NFI's on-demand training is perfect for any family practitioner or staff working in a human service organization looking to better engage fathers in their programs. Choose from training to facilitate one of NFI's core fatherhood programs (e.g., 24:7 Dad® or InsideOut Dad^®) or earn your certificates in father engagement, facilitation, and recruitment and retention.

How do I purchase on-demand training for multiple staff members (other than myself)?

Do I need to buy an NFI fatherhood program to earn a certificate?

No! Our on-demand certificate training is open to anyone interested in increasing their knowledge and skills in effectively engaging fathers, recruiting and retaining them in programs, and facilitating any program effectively.

Can a woman facilitate a fatherhood program?
