Dr. Asbery made his literary debut in 1999, with "Bootleg" a critically acclaimed New York Times best seller. He co-authored the book with the legendary actor/comedian Damon Wayans. Harper Collins published the book. In 2012 he received his doctorate degree in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher College.
